    Hi,

I suffer with migraunes, and have done for 17 years, since I was 11 years old. They are cluster migraines, so I go through phases of having them daily, sometimes more than one a day, and then periods of none at all. I also have lots of various symptoms with them, including – lossing peripheral vision, and depth perception (usually the first sign), pins and needs in my face, and lips, and down one side of my body, expressive dysphasia, nausia, loss of co-ordination (especially left to right and vice versa), stranged tastes in my mouth. The pain comes after all of the symptoms, and lasts for between 1 day and 3 days, and is a lot worse when I move around. I have been on amytryplatine, and have Maxalt for when one is coming on.It used to be directly related to diary products, but now it seems to be related to lots of different thigs – hormes, artificial sweeteners, strongs smells…..

Over the last 2 weeks I have had 5/6 migraines, and have been reading a lot about the benefits of acupuncture. I wonder if you think it may be beneficial is reducing the pain, and the frequency of my migrains? I am literally willing to try anything! If you think it may be beneficial I would like to start asap!

    Kind Regards

    Hi Victoria,

Thank you for your inquiry. I used to treat people with migraine headaches, very effective and good results with that. But I didn’t treat cluster migraine before, I would think that acupuncture will help you to reduce the pain, since it always works for migraine.

If you would like to give it a try, I could book you in for next week.

    Best wishes,

I have been suffering from neck pain and head aches constantly for the last 3 months, I’ve had MRI that came all clear, I have also had 5 sessions of physio which helped a bit but still there,so was wondering if acupuncture would help. Thank you for your time

Hi Jonathan, thank you very much for your enquiry. I think the acupuncture could help with both neck pain and headache, that’s the common condition I treat in my clinic often. Please contact me to book an appointment if you would like to give it a go.

    Many thanks,

    Jingyu
